Do I need a permit?

Usually yes. We supply the drawings and engineering your authority asks for.

What foundation is required?

Screw piles or concrete pads. No pour, no excavation on most sites.

How is it delivered?

Flat-packed in a container to the nearest port, then craned onto the piers.

Is the deposit refundable?

In full for 30 days, and credited against the balance after that.
